How could we have imagined different futures—predicted, possible, or even preposterous ones?
The workshop was held as part of the exhibition Looking Back at the Future at Magasin III Jaffa, curated by Karmit Galili, and its outcomes became a new multi-participant installation within the exhibition. During the workshop, participants learned speculative writing techniques, fictional design, and political imagination, developed by Mushon Zer-Aviv and Shalev Moran as part of the Speculative Tourism project, which was displayed in the exhibition. The workshop did not view life through rose-colored glasses, but rather explored how Jaffa could have looked different, making space for diverse futures.
